I wanted to thank the member of PersonalCloset.com who contacted me last night about getting started on PersonalCloset.com.

I find it interesting how shy people are when they make contact with us. You can hear them breathing heavily as they struggle to find the words to explain themselves.

I'm very careful not to interrupt during this period, I just listen. I learned years ago, listening is an art.
